Shaun is a Competitive Bodybuilder, Personal Coach and IBFA Head Judge. He also has his own protein shack shop in Sutton in Ashfield. His beautiful wife owns the sunbed shack which is below the protein shack.

With a competitive bodybuilding career spanning over three decades, including titles in the Masters Over 50 category, he has proven that dedication and hard work pay off—at any age. Recently appointed as a head judge at the International Bodybuilding & Fitness Association (IBFA), he bring a wealth of experience to the sport. Aswell as supporting people through their journey of loosing weight, building muscle and making everyone feel better about themselves - Shaun has now started his own clothing line which is OBOI fitness gym gear.
